Video details: i neded to replace the caliper on the right side and both rotors. i instaled ceramic brake pads and bled out the new caliper. the job tok about 2 hours and cost just under 250.

edzgarage: tj761981 i am not sure how different the axles are between the f250 and the f350 drw, but i would think they are different. the front is completely different because when i bought front rotors they gave me the wrong ones once and they are completely different. there isn't a spacer, it's all one casting. sorry i can't be much help here tom. ed
tj761981: hi i saw your vidieo and was wondering if thef 350 axles were actually longer or heavier than the4 x4 f 250 deisel 8 lug srw or are the rotors set back further, reason being i want to put duallys on my 250 but dont know if i need to change the whole rear or just hub and brake configuration to the 350 dually set up. it seems that the fronts have a factory spacer that bolts on the hub am i mistaken thanx tom	edzgarage: glennha thanks for the comment.

tom58c: best video ever lol : how has this truck been doing im not a ford guy, but we had a 2003 f350 4x4 for a while. i got to say... it was the smoothest most powerful truck we have gotten to drive with a load. it didnt even have to try with that old 53 chrysler impereal. so fancy inside. you can imagine my face when i found out what seat warmers were lol. just too expensive of a truck though.	edzgarage: thanks heavy truck, heavy parts
atcklx: oh ok, nice job heavy work...	edzgarage: i think disk brakes became standard in 1999.
atcklx: are all the new ones like that when did they stop useing drums	edzgarage: you need to grease the pins. i did not put grease any place else. it could get on the pads and affect the braking.

500passwords: man , i always fix my own 99 f 150 . my brakes and rotors are so easy , i fell sorry for ya. but theres nothing like new rotors , truck feels new again when it stops good.
